I got started in Network Marketing about a year and half ago at the age of 21, and I immediately thought to myself, “All I have to do is tell all my friends and family, sign them up and I will be a millionaire by the end of the year.” It honestly seemed so simple! Little did I know that this was definitely not the case, nor was I prepared for the struggle I would soon endure. Friends began standing me up and even my own family members were no longer answering my phone calls. Despite all the emotional frustrations and headaches, I knew deep down that there had to be something out there to make this business work.

After a hotel meeting late one night I hopped on Google and searched “how to sponsor more leads” when I stumbled across a video (from my soon to be MLSP sponsor) talking about how she was having people ask her about her business instead of chasing them down. I clicked on link and there it was….MLSP 

I honestly have to say that MLSP has been a complete game changer for me. To the entire MLSP team thank you for everything you do, you guys rock! I saved whatever dollars I could to get to my first live event, No Excuses II in Las Vegas. That single event was the catapult to my commitment to MLSP. Being able to learn from the top producers and leaders in this industry is an experience you definitely cannot put a price on. Our names are Matthew and Kimberly Alleyne, we are online business and marketing coaches. We know what it’s like to struggle in this industry.

For a while we followed the training of our upline, struggling to get a few measly sign ups in our business. Being recognized as the MLSP Featured Member is quite an honor and very exciting for me.
Thank you very much for the recognition, leadership, mind-blowing training and incredible tools within MLSP. I couldn’t have gotten to where I am today without this system.

Here’s the short version of my story…

When I started my network marketing business (offline) over 4 years ago, I was determined to make it work. I did everything my upline taught me to do. I attended the hotel meetings across the country. I bugged my family and friends until they got sick of me going on and on. I spent every penny to succeed but I failed miserably.

I realized that the marketing methods that I was using to promote my business were no longer effective. And, I thought there had to be a better way.

So, in the spring of 2009, I turned to the internet, determined to find solutions. I came across MLSP and it gave me a different perspective on how I should be marketing my business. Joining MLSP was the best decision ever. It was exactly what I was looking for.

As I didn’t have any online marketing experience at all, I had to get the right marketing training to cut my learning curve in half and create success in no time.

So, I put the pedal to the metal, so to speak. I became a student and followed the cutting-edge marketing and mindset training that MLSP continues to provide. Most importantly, I implemented the new skills I was acquiring, in my own business.

Marketers Broken Record

“Pick one strategy and stick to it. Pick one strategy and stick to it. Pick…one…strategy…”

It’s the marketers broken record. On and on it goes. Why no one follows nobody knows.

Perhaps one reason most new marketers don’t follow the “Pick One Strategy” method is because they’re consumed with the buffet syndrome.

Everything looks so good doesn’t it? Our senses are awakened by the smells, our eyes dazzled by the colors and display, our minds excited we found that buffet coupon in Sunday’s Super Coupon Clipper we just subscribed to. “Waste not, want not” as the saying goes; better pile up! However the fact is the amount of food one can actually ingest in one sitting compared to the engineering skill of piling food pyramids onto a single plate, plus dessert plate and second entree plate differ greatly.

Same goes with the mind. Overwhelm and overload set in rapidly when new marketers attempt to learn every internet marketing strategy at the get go. Understanding the fact that we can only process one bit of information at a time will help ease feelings of overwhelm. Imagine a flashlight flashing on and off, on and off. That’s how the brain processes information – not on and off at the same time but at two separate intervals.

But where in the world do you start when the plates aren’t lined up on one side?

When tackling unfamiliar marketing strategies first assess the foundation of the strategy to see if it’s a good fit for your natural interests and abilities. Is it based on writing? Is it based on video? Is it based on systematic distribution and management content? Is it based on the ability to reach out to others and make genuine connections?

It’s up to the new marketer to figure out where their natural skill sets lean toward. That’s the best place to start. Start in an area that excites you and puts you in a state of flow where the time just flies by.

MLSP Featured Member: Rachael Macgregor

In September 2010 I was about ready to give up on Network Marketing.

I had struggled for two months in the offline world, spent my money on advertising that didn’t work, burned out my warm market and was at the end of my maternity leave. I really didn’t want to have to go back to work as I was enjoying being a stay at home mum with my daughter so much…but money was tight and there’s no way we could survive without some extra income.

I looked to the internet for help.

And thank goodness I found it just in time.

I came across MLSP and it opened my eyes to the amazing world of Internet Network Marketing and ATTRACTION marketing.

I was so excited I got to work right away.

Within 7 days I’d made $500.

Within 30 days I’d made over $2000 (more than my husband was making in his JOB!)

Within 60 days I’d started having DAYS as high as $1300.

I could believe what was happening, I realised it wasn’t ME that was the problem before, it was HOW I was trying to build my business!

MLSP opened the door to a whole new world for me. Within 15 months of starting my online business I had generated over 20,000 leads and signed up over 150 people.
